We aim to process and dispatch all our orders within approx. 2 to 3 working days, sooner if possible. International (UPS) lead times 5 – 10 working days as this is delivered only by road. This can vary depending on how many orders we are processing at the time we receive your order, please contact us for further information if required. We use in UK Royal Mail 24 & 1st class signed for, in most cases you will get your order next or the following day. Delivery to UK is free, if you are ordering from an EU country that we deliver to, this service is chargeable.
In case you are placing your order during the weekend, they will be dispatched on Monday.
Shipping times may vary for our consumers who are located in the remote areas and also subject to the availability of the product, post code restriction due to dangerous goods transportation regulations, high product demands, time of the year, and any other factor that is beyond our control.

We ship all our orders by recorded signed-for service, if you haven't received your order but the tracking number is showing that the package has been signed and received at your address then we recommend that you call the shipping company in question and file for a refund.
Rosa Salas will not be responsible for a package that has a tracking number showing "Delived" at the destination address provided by the customer at the time of order.
If a package is refused / or returned back to us due to an error by the customer, we will charge the customer a postal fee up to £10.00 for the re-delivery of the item/s, depending on the volume of your order.
Shipping to UK Mainland is free of charge.
Our shipping prices are calculated by the total order amount. Volume metric weight is applicable to most International shipments. The shipping cost is automatically calculated at the checkout, to some countries in Europe the price can be higher due to the shipping companies adding fuel surcharges and dangerous goods supplement of £15.00 however customers can buy up to 5 Litres for same shipping cost per package. Unfortunately we have no methods to ship dangerous goods to Malta just yet, however we are working on this and it should be available very soon.
We use International UPS standard overland delivery service, which is tracked and signed.

If you are not fully satisfied with your product please return it to us within 14 days, providing it has not been used or tampered, send it with its original packaging and your order number, your full name and address to:
