Are your perfumes macerated?

Yes, most of the perfumes and fragrances at Rosa Salas Perfumes are made up of natural ingredients. Therefore, to bind the formula, they macerate most of their perfumes for six months. However, some are made fresh due to the nature of the business. So, they usually recommend giving it a few weeks to wait before using a freshly blended fragrance.

How do I select a perfume?

Do your perfumes last long?

All of Rosa Salas Perfumes' perfumes are concentrated with 20% to 25% of high-quality fragrance oils and ingredients. Hence, they can last long on the skin and clothes for a whole day/s.

How should I apply perfumes?

Apply perfume to pulse points, such as the wrists, neck, and behind the ears. Spritz a small amount and allow it to dry on the skin without rubbing.

Can I layer different fragrances?

Yes, layering fragrances can create a unique scent that is tailored to your preferences. However, it is best to stick to fragrances within the same scent family.

Delivery Leadtimes

We aim to process and dispatch all our orders within approx. 2 to 3 working days, sooner if possible. International (UPS) lead times 5 – 10 working days as this is delivered only by road. This can vary depending on how many orders we are processing at the time we receive your order, please contact us for further information if required. We use in UK Royal Mail 24 & 1st class signed for, in most cases you will get your order next or the following day.

In case you are placing your order during the weekend, dispatched on Monday.

Shipping times may vary for our consumers who are located in the remote areas and also subject to the availability of the product, post code restriction due to dangerous goods transportation regulations, high product demands, time of the year, and any other factor that is beyond our control.

Rosa Salas will not be responsible for any delay in deliveries due to factors that are beyond our control.

We ship all our orders by recorded signed-for service, if you haven't received your order but the tracking number is showing that the package has been signed and received at your address then we recommend that you call the shipping company in question and file for a refund, we will help you with this.

Rosa Salas will not be responsible for a package that has a tracking number showing "Delivered" at the destination address provided by the customer at the time of order.

If a package is refused / or returned back to us due to an error by the customer, we will charge the customer a postal fee up to £10.00 for the re-delivery of the item/s, depending on the volume of your order.

Shipping Prices

UK shipping costs £4.99 (discounted rate) for all parcels up to a weight of 2kgs.

Our shipping prices are calculated by the total order amount. Volume metric weight is applicable to most International shipments.

The shipping cost is automatically calculated at the checkout, to some countries in Europe the price can be higher due to the shipping companies adding fuel surcharges and dangerous goods supplement of £15.00 however customers can buy up to 5 Litres for same shipping cost per package. International Delivery:

We can only ship to an international business address due to the new Brexit dangerous goods policies.

Import duty tax, Brexit taxes are the responsibility of the consignee, we recommend you to check what these charges are in your country before ordering.

Unfortunately we have no methods to ship dangerous goods to Malta just yet, however we are working on this and it should be available very soon.

We use International UPS standard overland delivery service, which is tracked and signed.

Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your product please return it to us within 14 days, providing it has not been used or tampered, send it with its original packaging and your order number, your full name and address to:
